I Love Dick

He’s one of the speculative writers who can help make sense of our current situation, though don’t expect him to provide a solution, that’s up to us.

Another great, essential artist shares a birthday of today with Beethoven, Philip K. Dick. He’s one of the speculative writers who can help make sense of our current situation, though don’t expect him to provide a solution, that’s up to us.

(Everyone has their own favorite novels, mine are Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?, Ubik, and A Scanner Darkly. This Library of America collection is excellent and would be a great way to add him to your library, or to give as a gift.)
